SessionPaw is made by one person. Messages are read and answered in batches, so a reply can take a few days.

- Feedback, ideas or a bug: click the heart (Love SessionPaw) at the bottom of Side View or the Popup, then Send feedback. Or open the feedback form directly.

What to include in a bug report
- Your browser and its version
- Your SessionPaw version (shown on your browser's Extensions page)
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened
- A screenshot if you can, with private tabs hidden
Payments
- Paid plans are handled by ExtensionPay, with payments processed by Stripe. SessionPaw never sees your card details.
- Your plan is in Settings › Usage. Sign in there with the email you paid with to use your plan on another computer, or to manage or cancel it.
