Read later and the dustbin

Both are ordinary bookmark folders that SessionPaw creates for you. Because they are bookmarks, they sync if your browser syncs bookmarks.

Read later

Use Read Later for pages you want to keep but have not filed yet. Think of it as an inbox, not a shelf.

Save a tab

• In Side View, right-click the tab → Read later. You'll see "Saved to Read later".
• The tab stays open. Close it yourself when you're ready.

Find it again

• Round button at the bottom right of Side View → ReadLater List. A drawer slides out.
• Bookmarks Manager → the ReadLater view in either panel.

Clear it out

When you have read something, either delete it or file it into a proper bookmark folder. In Bookmarks Manager, open ReadLater in one panel and your folders in the other, then drag items across.

The dustbin

When you delete a bookmark in Bookmarks Manager, it is not gone right away. It is moved to the SessionPaw Dustbin folder.

• To restore something, open Dustbin in one panel of Bookmarks Manager and drag it back into a folder in the other panel.
• To delete it for good, delete it again from the Dustbin.
• To skip the dustbin, right-click the delete button.

Notes:

• The dustbin is only used by SessionPaw. Bookmarks you delete in the browser's own bookmark manager do not go there.
• The top-level folders of your bookmarks (such as the Bookmarks Bar) cannot be moved to the dustbin.
• The dustbin never empties itself. Clean it out now and then.
